Terms of Service

Looney Graphics(RC 6979309) is a printing, branding, and design company registered in Nigeria and operating from Ikoyi, Lagos. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Looney Graphics.

We provide printing, branding, promotional merchandise, graphic design, and website development services. All services are provided subject to:

• Availability of materials and production capacity.
• Receipt of full or agreed deposit payment.
• Client approval of proofs before production begins.

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes do not include VAT (7.5%) unless explicitly stated; VAT will be added to the final invoice where applicable.
• Significant changes to the project brief after a quote has been accepted may result in a revised quote.

• A minimum 50% deposit is required before production commences.
• The balance is due on or before delivery/collection unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to withhold completed work until payment is received in full.
• Overdue invoices may attract interest at 5% per month.

Estimated turnaround times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if a delay is likely. We are not liable for losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. power outages, supplier delays, or force majeure events).

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, images, and artwork supplied to us.
• You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you provide, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Once you approve a proof, we are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
• Colour reproduction on printed materials may vary slightly from screen previews due to the nature of print processes.

• Original artwork and designs created by Looney Graphics remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• We retain ownership of working files, templates, and source files unless their transfer is explicitly included in the quote.

• Cancellation before production begins: deposit refunded minus any design or administrative costs incurred.
• Cancellation after production begins: no refund of deposit; full balance may still be due depending on stage of completion.
• Defective products caused by our error will be reprinted at no charge or refunded at our discretion.
• We do not accept returns for products produced to your approved specification.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits or business interruption.

• This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranty that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
• You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts its operation.
• Links to third-party websites (e.g. WhatsApp, social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be referred to mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
